Is cloudy apple juice a better alternative to clear apple juice?!

Question:

Is cloudy apple juice a better alternative to clear apple juice?

Answers:
I assume you mean by cloudy that the apple juice is "unfiltered" - and if that is the case, yes it is better because it includes some of the apple solids in the juice. This is better because apple juice by itself is beneficial but a lot of sugar - when the solids are included it requires more of the body's work to digest and isn't a straight sugar shot.

Apple Juice, Unfiltered) Apple juice is sold in almost every super market. It usually comes in three varieties: frozen concentrate, filtered pasteurized, and unfiltered pasteurized, the latter of which is the one pictured in the photo. Since these forms of apple juice are processed, we don't recommend them as a beverage, excepted when making some special beverage such as hot spiced apple juice.

yes i think so
