5-hour Energy Use Questions?!

Question:

5-hour Energy Use Questions?

I am thinking of trying out the 5-hour Energy drink today, the little red bottle of Berry (or piss) flavored vitamin supplement. I have researched many sites and found the positive reviews outweigh the negative by about 9 to 1 and the only consistancy is that the taste leaves something to be desired. Most of the comments were from people trying it once or twice for the first time ever and there was nothing I could find on long-term usage of 5-hour Energy. I am going to try it and if it works for me I wish to ingest this stuff at least 3 to 4 times per week for that boost I need to work-out that stress usually prevents me from doing.
So my question is to those who use 5-hour Energy on a regular basis: are there any bad side effects from ingesting this drink multiple times per week and then per month?

"Elderly, young, pregnant should avoid"

If your bottle says this we are not talking about the same thing here. The only warning on the side of this bottle says "Not for use by children under 12 years of age". And that's probably just because of the size of their bodies both in weight and internally. So don't post unless you know what 5-hour Energy is, please.

I have used it in the past, the only negative effect I had was that it gave me very bad reflux (and repeated performances of the horrid taste).

You only need to read the side of the can.

The elderly, the young and the pregnant should avoid the product.

Can't be TOO good for you huh?
