Kool-aid or water?!

Question:

Kool-aid or water?

Being pregnant, I'm trying to drink my 64 oz of water a day. Do you think Kool-Aid can count towards that, or should I count water only?

Answers:
technically it counts but it's not recommened. Try, for your babys sake, to drink regular water. I'm pregnant, too, and suffering down regular ole tap water, as much as I can.

Water only, put a lemon slice in it to mix it up a bit.

kool-aid! who doesn't luv kool-aid when they're pregnant!

drink water or if you want kool-aid cut the sugar back by like 2/3 so just a little flavor all that sugar is bad for yeah

Just drink the sugar free kool-aid. i personally don't like water especially in winter when it's cold. I drink diet pop and sometimes I drink Crystal Light. I wouldn't drink anything with caffeine or lots of sugar while pregnant...I was pregnant and i tried to just drink water instead of pop or flavored drinks but you should be okay with SF kool-aid

water only

Definately water! All that sugar is not good for you, just as it isn't good to drink soda for like reasoning (besides caffiene). But if you need to spice it up, as I'm not a big fan of plain water myself, try bottle flavored water as they have many varieties in Dasani, Aquafina, and even Gatorade brands. My personal favorite is Gatorage brand Propel fitness water. You don't really have to work out to enjoy it obviously, and there are varieties with added vitimans and calcium even that makes it that much better for you. To top it off the flavor's is pretty good too.

i think Kool-aid so it will have sum flava , and actually all you are drinkin is flavad water so it should be all rite. But make sure you eat other good stuff too , cuz my sis didnt & her kid camr out very lil!!

Drink both and the kool-aid does add up to the total 64 oz.Water is the best, but you know how good kool-aid tastes.......Congratulations on Baby.

water
