Yes, its called caffeine!
Its not the red bull itself.
but people can have caffine addictions. its common actually.
It has alot of caffine and sugar so its just as addictive as pop or coffee. It all depends on the person and what they like or crave, so i guess for some people it could be.

Red Bull is practically made up of caffeine. Caffeine itself is a drug. you can get addicted to it, just like people can't go through a morning without coffee- it's the same thing. Some people, after getting addicted to Red Bull, don't think they're awake and energized unless they drink a Red Bull
