What is the best water bottle for use at Work?
I need to drink more water but since I move around a lot at work I need something that is partable but won't spill.

I suggest a small Nalgene bottle. They're strong, portable and their tops go on tight. I haven't found another bottle that works as well. You can get them just about anywhere now too. Target, REI ... other stores too. Happy drinking!
Whatever one you choose, make sure you wash it with HOT soapy water daily . . . and rinse it well after washing. Evidently the trend to drinking bottled water and re-using the drinking container brings with it all kinds of germs. The worst offenders are containers that sit for several hours as you sip away. It's a catch-22: you want to drink water, you want to be environmentally friendly, but re-using the container can make you sick. The good thing about Nalgene bottles is that they are
top-rack dishwasher safe.
