Is too much green tea harmfull?!

Question:

Is too much green tea harmfull?

Someone told me I'll change into a green swamp thingy.

Answers:
Too much of anything is bad for you, but green tea (as long as we're not talking about the stuff you get from Arizona, Lipton, or Snapple) is very good for you. The bottled or canned stuff you get in the store is LOADED with sugar and/or high fructose corn syrup, which raises your cholesterol and can cause adult-onset diabetes, so avoid it like the plague. How much green tea do you drink per day? On my heavy days I drink about a quart and haven't suffered any ill effects, but I'm a 220-pound man, so you probably shouldn't drink THAT much...

Funny but I think it is like anything els, 2 much can harm you in some way...you may never even realize it

yes, anything in excess is harmful, even too much of a good thing

I am a Chinese. I drink more than a litter of green tea per day. I think is
a good drink. If you drink a couple of gallon you may get drawn.

Yes, too much on a certain tea is harmful, as is having a lot of different types of teas in a day. (Drink maximum 2 cups green tea a day)

it has more caffeine than coffee! i do not know if that affects you in particular

HELL NO, it's helpful for stomach aches....TEA
