Punch Recipes?!

Question:

Punch Recipes?

I am looking for a non-alcoholic clear-golden punch recipe. It is for a 50th anniversary party and will be in a clear punch fountain. I can only find cloudy punch recipes. Thanks

Answers:
Use a flavor of Hawaiian Punch that is yellow in color and then add gingerale to it for some fizz. You will probably have to add more gingerale periodically to maintain the sparkle in the punch if it is in a fountain.

roll your fingers up in a ball, pull your hand back, and swing it into someone else....great punch.

hawian punch with sherbert and lemon-lime soda

I have a friend that mixes white grape juice with Seven Up and then puts frozen rasberries in it. It is pretty tasty, and clear, but not sure how the rasberries would do in a fountain. Maybe you could try it with out the rasperries.

Scweppe's makes a great tasting Raspberry Ginger Ale that is low in sugar, and you might want to try mixing with an off-brand lemon-lime soda, club soda, and a punch flavored soda, or, even better, actual frozen fruit punch. This shouldn't be too cloudy, and I don't have a specific amount recipe, but the Ginger Ale really helps. The "sparkling" grape juices you see in the bottles are probably a great addition-just a guess-but I know they aren't cheap. Good luck.

Mock Champagne (Makes one gallon)
--------------
3 quarts ginger ale
1/2 cup grenadine syrup
1/2 cup lemon juice (clear)
1/2 cup grapefruit juice (clear)
2 cups of tonic water (or club soda to reduce sweetness)

Combine in a large punch bowl and serve chilled. You can alter the proportions of fruit juice to suit your taste. Apple juice lends a nice flavor
