Answers:
Chamomile tea.

hot tea with lemon

Try eating some dark chocolate. It helps with coughs, and sometimes clears my throat. Weird? Yeah.

Soup is best.

I always drink hot chocolate.

hot tea with honey and sugar in it

u cant go wrong w/ water if not try something hot like tea plain tea not the stuff where u add a pinch o this and that just the straight lipton tea

hot tea with lemon and honey. lots of water. no talking. no dairy products. take it easy.

ummm...well i really like hot cocoa, it might help it because it is warm. Tea is another good one, it might be better to drink green tea.

Water. Tepid, room temperature water, preferably distilled.
Dilute some juice with water if you're just opposed to water in general. I would contact your understudy, a day is really not enough time to get over laryngitis.

Try herbal tea with honey in it, very soothing.
There are also sprays and losenges that contain an anesthetic agent to help with the pain.

This doesn't sound like it would taste too good but actually it really does (or at least I think so) and it really soothes the throat. Bring about 4oz of water to a boil and pour into cup ,add 1 to 2 oz of vinegar, sweeten with honey and sip as you would hot tea.

Tea with honey and lemon

Well....if your horse has a sore throat you should alert a veterinarian of your horses condition.! good luck! Love you
