How much lemon and honey do you put in a Hot Toddy?
I don't want to put any alchohol in it. But I have an extremely sore throat and want to try this hot tea with lemon and honey trick and see if it works any good. Someone tell me how much lemon and honey I'm suppose to put in?

non-alcoholic Hot Toddy
4 1/2 ounces hot tea
1 tbs. Honey
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
If you have a microwave, the easiest way to make this drink is to warm the honey and lemon juice for about half a minute and then to add the tea.

2 shots of rum or e&j
and boil it on the stove
