Coca Cola Zero and Mother?!

Question:

Coca Cola Zero and Mother?

Hey peeps,

I was wondering, is it healthy to drink coca cola zero?

it says it has no sugar but it has a lot of other ingredients and supposedly has calories? Is it healthy to drink lots of this stuff? I thought it would be okay to drink lots of it but I wanted to check.

Also, I was wondering is it healthy to drink 1 coca cola mother energy drink every day 30 minutes before a work out? It is %100 natural supposedly but I don't want something bad to happen because of drinking it.

thanksz!

Answers:
It is fine to drink some diet soda, just in moderation. I've not heard of that particular energy drink, but I think that's how they intend for you to use them. You might want to check the ingredients first, maybe do an internet search on them, to make sure there are no side effects. You are more likely to have a heart rate increase from the energy drink, which usually contains quite a bit of caffiene, that you are from a diet soda. Make sure you drink it early in your day so it doesn't affect your sleep.

Yeh right and I suppose the tooth fairy is real!

Any cola drinks raise blood pressure, and are actually bad for the system. Why not drink good old iced water and even add a bit of raspberry to it Far better than cola drinks Coke of any sort is like brasso it can clean coins in 30 minuts so what the hell is it doing in yoru system?

ANY and ALL pop is bad for you, no matter if it says natural or what. Are you overweight? if not who cares, if you like it do it : ) but if you are over weight and going to the gym you need to cut out the pop

Aspartame is not good for you ,causes cancer in rats ,Doctors say you would have to drink a ton of it to cause cancer in humans ,I say we are all different and very little can trigger things in our body, if we are sensitive to it .Your call .
Also as far as colas go ,if you must drink them ,Kidney doctors say stay away from the dark cola ,drink ginger ale ,7 up some thing on that line ,Carbonation is not that great for you either.
Hope this helps you .
