Answers:
if you like carmel macchiatos. then ask for sugar free vanilla and non fat milk and possibly light carmel. a tall should only be a little over 100 calories

wo with any other drink just get it with nonfat milk, no whipped cream. and as of now they offer sugar free cinnamon dolce a tall non fat no whip sugarfree cinnamon dolce latter will only be 90 claories.

they also offer sugar free vanilla and sugar free hazelnut. you can always go onto their webpage and look up al f the hnutritional information.

are whipped cream is not nonfat. its about 90 calories per topping.. made wiht heavy w hipping cream of course ... lol and vanilla syrup

carmel macchiatos come with foam, not whipped cream. and if you dont get carmel sauce on top then you are only ordering a vanilla latte. since carmel macchiatos are made with VANILLA syrup, not caramel.

been working for starbucks for over 1 1/2 years.

the caramel sauce and whipped cream is what makes it fattening...
try to get it with sugar free caramel syrup (not every location has it)..not caramel sauce
no whipped cream
and try soy milk

oh and if u like frappachinos try the "light" ones...they are the less fattening options

Ask for a caramel machiatto low-fat with no whip and no caramel drizzled on top. It will cut almost 200 calories!

Check their website and come up with your own favorites that you can order. All the info is under the "Nutritional" section.

That way, you will know exactly how many calories and fat grams you are working with.

ST

this whipped cream is already a NON FAT topping.. they do have hazelnut, vanilla in sugar free.. as far as the caramel just go easy if that is what you like.... tell them LITE..

ask for low fat milk or topping
