i am newly assinged purchasing manager in sweets and candies , i would like to have helping tools in how to decide which products of sweets or candies have a good taste and can make good sales as far as i know my market is huge and has a potential demand for sweets, but after all specialisations is required.

taste them and see if they are good. if you have free samples give them people and ask them what they think of the candy.
