Does anyone here work at Starbuck's (Canadian, preferrably)?
OK... this is a paranoid question, but I've always wanted to know:
When a customer comes in and orders a *light* frappuchino, is there a chance that the server might not be be paying attention, or may think that it doesn't make much of a difference, and make a regular one instead? How are employees usually trained, and how often do such careless mistakes occur?

Um, I don't work at Starbucks, but I get the light frappuccinos all the time and I can tell the difference between a light and a regular, so I will complain.
