They have spaghetti vending machines, and complete meals, plus clothing...
i guess it's bec people always smack those machines around imagine what would that tune sound like if some damage happens to the electronic circuit.
I've seen vending machines that talk, play jingles, etc. One of the problems with them is they are really annoying to the people who have to work near them, since they repeat the same thing ad nauseum. Another is they are more costly to produce and operate. With everyone wanting products at thecheapest price, i.e. people don't want to pay a $1.50 for a pop out of a machine, cutting the cost of the machine makes "cents."
