Vitamin Bs, especially B3 (niacin) essential in cell metabolism.
Combined with a good diet, exercise and quality sleep.
I like the Tab energy drink and there are only 5 calories. It doesn't make you jittery like some of the other ones.

A balanced diet, and a positive attitude. Carrot juice has a lot of nutrients that many people lack, milk is another good one.
Water can also work. In football practice, we always got more energy after a water break.
Also, try some vitamin supplements. It really depends on what you eat.
(red bull has caffeine. anything artificial has some form of drug like caffeine.)
I think you should try vitamin water because it have a lot of vitamins in there and it is also water and you can never go wrong with water. and it don't have caffeine like red bulls, and monster energy drinks.
Anything that you can buy at the supermarket is legal. Booze is not an energy drink. Eat healthy foods and get enough sleep, that will help you get through the day.
