My parents use to make one that consisted of Hawaiian punch, orange sherbert, and ginger ale, it use to be really good too, not sure of the measurements for the ingredients...I think they just added for their taste as they went along.
throw some bananas, strawberries, oj, pineapple juice, and a splash of your favorite juice syrup in a blender and blend away....add some ice in the blender for an absolutely refreshing smoothie....
Ingredients:
1/2 gal. orange sherbet
1 can (46 oz. size) unsweetened orange juice
1 can (46 oz. size) unsweetened pineapple juice
2 cans (46 oz. size) red Hawaiian Punch (see note)
1 can (6 1/2 oz. size) crushed pineapple
Rum, optional
Directions:
Put orange sherbet in punch bowl, pour the juices over it, then add the crushed pineapple. Add ice and stir.
Note: Since Hawaiian Punch no longer comes in 46-ounce cans, just measure it in the othere juice cans.

I don't have quantities, but grape juice with 7-up is awesome!! Kids love it cause it gets "foamy"
for every sherbert half gallon, use 2 2-liter bottles of sprite or ginger ale, mix together, let sherbert melt and mix itself...any kind of sherbert...strawberry, raspberry, lime, it will come out to be the color u use.
A whole 1/2 gallon of Lime sherbert
A whole liter of 7up
1 whole little can of pineapple juice
Let the foam settle then Enjoy!
