What is better for a persons health, irn bru diet, or pepsi max or diet coke?


Answers:
soda is just bad all the way around but whatever you do DONT DRINK DIET. diet soda uses aspertane in it (that is what is used to replace to sugar) but your body has no clue what to do w/ the aspertane so it just stores it as fat as well with other artifical sweeteners. the sodas that have calories cut in half or down to zero like coke 0 do not replace the sugar so those are better for you.

Non of these things are good for your health though they are probably not bad for you either. Some may be worse than others due to sugar content, preservatives etc.

They are all bad for you,they contain sweetners and they are linked to brain disease.

Honestly, water is the best thing you can drink! It is so good for your health. Try adding lemon and/or lime or even sliced oranges to give it some flavor! :)

Don't think any of them is particularly good for you - but diet irn bru - eurgh!! It's got to be the normal irn bru, diet tastes awful!!

That is such a bizarre question- they're all the same, except pepsi and coke have caffeine in so I suppose that gives irn bru the edge.
Diet versions of everything are rank though.

None of these are any good but if you have to pick one go for the normal Pepsi as all the diet ones have artificial sweeteners (Aspartame) in which have been linked to brain tumours. Just be aware that sugar is not good for you either, so you should limit these sugary drinks & make sure you have some water instead.

Try fruit juices and if you must have sweet drinks I would recommend that you actually get drinks that contain sugar instead of dangerous chemical sweeteners such as aspartame.
do a bit of research on the internet as to what's in the drinks you've mentioned and what they do to you and you'll see for yourself what they do to your health.
