2 much pop?!

2 much pop?

i drink a lot of pop, all day nothin else, i try to quit but i get bad headaches and everything else just taste nasty. is this because i drink pop alot? how bad can drinkin pop hurt me in my future??? how bad is it for you?


Answers:
Drinking soda (POP) is bad for you, it has way too much sugar in it and it will make you gain weight. It would be a lot better for you to drink water instead of all the pop.

You need to change your habits, slowly ween your self off the soda. That way you won't have headaches from lack of caffeine. Try drinking water with lemon slices in it or even orange slices in it to give it the flavoring.

Another thing that you can get is the water that has flavoring in it and carbonation, drink some of those between the sodas just to get away from soda.

Then here and there start to drink more regular water. I had to do this as I use to drink soda all the time. I did the flavored water thing for a while and switched over to bottled water. I finally pretty much stopped drinking soda all together.

I now for the most part drink only bottled water and I drink a lot of it every day. It makes your skin look better and it helps flush out your system of toxins. Every once in a while I have a soda, but I don't like it as much since it just tastes so sweet.

I can not get through a day with out drinking my water, it is just so much better for you, it will make you feel so much better. Good luck, I hope this helps you.

The headaches are from caffeine withdrawal most likely.. I'd ween yourself off of that. Raises your blood pressure among other things.

ITS CAFFINE ADDICTION. YOU NEED TO DECREASE IT GRADUALLY TO GET OFF IT OR YOU WILL GET HEADACHES ETC.ITS JUST LIKE ANY OTHER ADDICTION, FOOD, ALCHOL, DRUGS, YES ADDICTION IS ADDICTION. ITS WHAT YOUR BODY CRAVES AND ITS MAKES YOU REAL UNCOMFOTABLE WHEN IT RUNS OUT. TAKE CONTROL! IT IS VERY BAD FOR YOUR INTESTIONAL SYSTEM, CAUSES ULCERS AND GAS AND WHO KNOW 'S WHAT.

Try switching to juice. You will feel better and be healthier.

well i am not a doctor but it think it hurt your stomach (especially coke)
well i use t drink pop but then I got hoked on this juices and that's all i drink now no pop!
try experimenting on drinks you like
and try to see how long you can do with out any pop

the reason u get headaches is because of caffine withdrawles. u are addicted to caffine. I would try and gradually cut down. don't just quit cold turkey. its not good for u but in moderation its ok. try and drink some water too.

the headaches are due to lack of caffiene. try to gradually decrease, or just tough it out, go cold turkey, and you should be back to normal without headaches in two to three days. also recent studies have shown that drinking excessive amounts of carbonated drinks can leech calcium out of your bones. this is why i cut back to one a day. when i did, a piece or two of chocolate helped with my headaches. seriously.

weel this is the stuff that takes rust off bumpers on old trucks, and will get off ring around the toilet ina heartbeat, so imagine what its doing to your insides. as far as the headaches, it the caffine, try going to the drinks with less caffiene, and than half of what you drink caffine free, and then all caffine free, and then just quit, and never drink anything with caffine again
