Where can I buy a milk steamer tap?!

Question:

Where can I buy a milk steamer tap?

You know when you go to Starbucks they have those steam taps they use to froth the milk and heat it up - where can I buy just the tap without buying a whole coffee machine?

You should be able to buy the steam head from any large commercial restaurant outfitter, but you can't just simply hook these up to a hot water pipe. They work on live steam. Unless your kitchen is plumbed for live steam, which i doubt, you will need to buy a coffee machine with a steam head.

It's a Stove Top Cappuccino Steamer that seems like it will steam milk. I just ordered it, so I can't say if it's good or not.
