Petes coffee or Starbucks?!

Question:

Petes coffee or Starbucks?

Answers:
You mean Peets Coffee? Yeah, I think that Peets has a way better taste. With Starbucks, it tastes okay if you have a mocha or something, but by itself....gross!

Anything but Starbucks... Gross

It is about proximity I live in Chicago with Starbucks all around. So Starbucks it is.

But a few exceptions may apply to this rule.
If you like espresso drinks go where your favorite Batista's are.
during the holiday season when Christmas blend abounds go to Pete's

Starbucks also treats it's workers very well. Health care for part timers and gain sharing and all that if you care about such things Starbucks is the place to spend your money

As an added note about the crazy size variations at Starbucks. The workers aren't Italian, I use small, medium, and large and always get what I want

star bucks le duh

Never tasted a Pete's coffee and Starbucks is harsh (when I do go to a Starbucks, I'll only order a cafe latte, which is diluted enough so I don't have to choke it down ...).

Shawnie ... I frankly don't know what a "Petes" or "Peets" is, but I dislike Starbucks for one simple reason: the names/words they use to associate with their cup sizes.

I've been to a Starbucks just twice. Both times I got a vanilla cream concoction of some kind or another. And each time it left a somewhat fatty/waxy coating on my lips and tongue. I wondered whether they were throwing in some lip balm for free, perhaps.

Save your money and go to a Wawa's, if they have them in your area. Good luck.

Peets
