Why does water freeze?!

Question:

Why does water freeze?

Moving heat/molecules keep the liquid fluidic. When it reaches a low-enough temperature, the molecules begin to stop moving or at the very least, slow down and solidify.

The atmospheric pressure changes causing the hydrogen and oxygen bonds to become closer togehter

Because the free molecules stick together becoming solid.
