Yes and no. On the yes, it does have good chocolatic flavor, and you can taste the chocolate. On the no, its not very high in flavanols. Starbucks have known to do coffees, so they have known how to do a very good hot chocolate. They use chocolate milk then they warm them up, so it will taste like premium chocolate milk, but it is premium hot chocolate.
