I like Kronick, it has a grapefruit pop taste to it but not as strong as SafeWays grapefruit pop....i also like redbull if i need something a bit sour or ...hhmmm wakening, rockstar taste kind of bubble gum like i think......those are the ones i prefer

Healthy Energy Drink
From Racheal Ray's $40 a Day, this is from the Grand Canyon! A lovely drink.
6 servings 12 min 12 min prep
4 small ginseng tea bags (or ginko)
2 quarts water
1 cup fresh lemon juice
2 cups sugar or sugar substitute
2 small herbal tea bags (your choice)
Bring 1 quart of water to a boil in a saucepan. Place all the tea bags in the hot water.Let the bags steep about 10 minutes. Add the lemon juice to a pitcher. Add the sugar and the remaining water and mix well. Pour the tea into the lemonade mix and stir.
Refrigerate and serve chilled. Enjoy!

6 ounces whole milk
2 ounces half-and-half
1 (36 g) packet nestle carnation breakfast powdered drink mix
Mix all of the ingredients in the blender.
Put it in a glass.
Enjoy.
Powerade or Gatorade I like both the same amount.
