Does adding milk to your tea inactivate its antioxidants?

It looks like that may be the case. Too bad since my British hubby loves his daily tea with milk.

No i don't think so. What it does do , is add more calories and calcium.

i have been told that tea inhibit absorbtion of iron from your food , so adding milk to the tea prevent this process , means it allowes iron absorbtion , but i'm not sure

No I think it just adds calories.
