Well I guess it all depends. Coke is a little stronger with a little bit of a bite. Mountain Dew is smoother with a more rounded taste. Mountain Dew is better for upset stomachs more than Coke while Coke is more of a party drink. But in my opinion Mountain Dew is better.

Well, what is the real question are you asking which is good to drink or which is better for you?If it is the latter one you probably shouldn't drink either.A doctor told me one time that beer was better for you than mountain dew because of all the caffeine and other junk in dew.But hey if you need to stay up for long periods of time I would have to say, pardon the pun , but go for the dew.As far as taste everybody has there own opinions and reasons for what they think, you must have to come up with your own after you given them both a drink, might I suggest trying them both on a hot day and then a cold day.Do be careful to much dew and you could come up with a dew stomach ache, which is caused by high caffeine levels.
My friend went to their dentist and he said that mountain dew is the worst thing that you can drink, it messes with the enamel on your teeth. I think he said it has a lot of acid in it and that is what does it to the teeth, it eats at it. He told my friend if your going to drink it you should use a straw, especially if you drink a lot of it.
Personally I like good old fashion Coke a cola, I think it is better.
