Vinegar tastes good with olive oil and Italian spices on salads...It also tastes good just with vinegar and oil and salt and pepper on salads...I like tart salad dressings and this is a safe bet if you are not sure if you will like the salad dressings at restaurants...Just ask for oil and vinegar and add a little salt and pepper and walla you are safe....
