Question:

Are energy drinks bad for you?(Red bull, AMP and such)?

Answers:
Yes it can raise your blood pressure causing your heart rate to speed up and can lead to a heart attack if your young then you can get a mild heart attact but it is still bad. Drinking energy drinks are kinda like drugs except your not adiccted to them or some people can be. reason why people can get addicted to them is because of the crazy amount of sugar they put in each drink. so you probably shoudn't drink them if you want to have a good healthy life.

websites and newspapers.

yes

The caffeine in these drinks is entirely too high. To say the least this may cause serious heart conditions if overly used. I think they should be avoided if you can help it.

Probably because if people drink them all the time they would be under the caffine "high" all the time.

Yes, due to the high caffeine content your blood pressure can rise, heart attacks have been known to be induced by too many energy drinks, word of advice do not take after taking any sort of medication, a family friend had a codral (Sold & Flu tablet) & energy drink & ended up in hospital, The doctor said this sadly is a common mistake.

The caffine in those are 3 times more than a Mountain Dew. Fore people who have heart problems it can kill them. Ordinary people drink these and it gets your heart pumping WAY TOO FAST. If anyone drinks these they should monitor their heart rate and pulse. They CAN kill anyone.
