How many green tea bags do you use to make one gallon of tea?!

Question:

How many green tea bags do you use to make one gallon of tea?

regular size bags.

Answers:
maybe 16or 17

I use about 12-14

The usual dose for a 25 centiliter cup (MUG) is 5 grammes.... .so for normal gallon you will need 18 tea bags and for an US gallon you will need....15 and a bit !!!

I use about 17 or 18 bags of tea to make a gallon.

about use 2 or 3 tea bags to make one gallon.

here's how to break it down

4 teabags make 1 quart of tea
1 gallon = 3.79 quarts.

4 teabags X 3.79 quarts = 15.16 teabags

to make your tea, steep the teabags in aabout a quart of water...after the required steeping time, then add sweetener while hot, then add the balance of water to make a gallon. it should be very tasty!

I use 5. These other people who say to add more are crazy!
