Question:

Why is it no possible to make instant tea like we make instant coffee?

Answers:
Where have you been? Of course there is instant tea....

WHAT?? Nestea makes instand, just add water and drink.
both are pretty fake tasting in my opinion, but my hubbie loves instant coffee!

You can!! They've been around for YEARS.

It is... It's actually how it's made in China... It's not exactly instant per se... but it is better than a tea bag... only a little more messy.

Try a coffee press. It works with tea too.

Coffee is processed and roasted. The heating and roasting of the bean is what makes the flavor. Teas are dried naturally and usually consist of leaves which have to be steeped to release the flavor.

It is kind of instant though if you think about it?

Besides... Sanka sucks! I don't think it would be a good idea or a good thing to do that to something as healthy and natural as tea?

If you want to call Nestea... tea? Then go right ahead.

The tea leaves do not dissolve like coffee beans, their makeup makes it impossible.

Hey,

there are so many marketing companies that has marketed instant tea like instant coffee too. Just u can add sugar and water and u can ve it atonce. there are tea bags availabe in the market.

we can make instant tea also. first boil water ,take a cup add hot water and a tea bag, with desired sugar and milk.your instant tea is ready.

tea bags just boil milk along with water and add sugar and use one tea bag for one cup of tea.

It is possible to make instant tea, but it will taste stale, and won't be as good as freshly brewed tea.

This is because tea is brewed from machine dried and processed tea leaves whereas coffee is a powder obtained from the dried and roasted beans of the coffee plant.
