For a week durring football season i drank lots of soda with meals and other things and i wasnt geting enough water in me and i got the snap from my center and turned a corner and my Legs cramped up from being so de hyrdrated. So I went to my doctor and he said that one single can of soda takes away four glasses of water you are to drink in a day!

STICK TO ABOUT 1 GLASS OF SODA EACH WEEK!

ya silly soda can dehydrate you. um well you can get hydrated from it but its like eating candy. you get a sugar high and end up worse than before. your most likely better of with drinking water, gatorade ;they do studies on athletes to see how to hydrate you better,or powerade even though it has tons of sugar in it and it happens to be manufactured by your lovely soda company Coke Cola.

Caffeine dehydrates the body so anything with it - soda, coffee, chocolate in large amounts. If you drink a lot of coffee/soda, alternate with water!
