Answers:
make a salad.

Chicken quesadillas! You get some soft tortilla shells, grill some chicken (or boil it for a healthier way), add some cheese and veggies and you are set!

Try fruit salad and if u like soup it is healthy

Chicken. Here's an easy way to cook and tastes great too.

One (or two) chicken breasts. Set oven to 475. Get out a baking sheet. Rinse chicken off. Dip chicken in flour. Then dip chicken in spices ( I like garlic, lemon pepper, real pepper, onion powder but any spice you enjoy will work). If it doesn't dip well in spice then sprinkle it on. Then just stick in oven and cook until brown. Because of the flour the top will get a little crispy and be a darker brown (like color of milk chocolate), inside of chicken should be white all the way through. If chicken sticks to pan a little, it'll still taste good.

Then you can boil some brocolli to go with it. Put some brocolli in a pot of water. To make taste better can add butter, garlic, or feta cheese (any combination or none). Other vegtables taste great boiled too if you don't have any brocolli offhand.

This is a great healthy meal. Hope you enjoy!

make sum mac and cheese...

try tlc.com and foodnetwork.com... hope everything comes out good

Your too young to be thinking about eating healthy food & dieting at 15 years old. If you don't know how to cook, then you should start learning. Any easy to whip up meal that's healthy would be SALAD. slice up some lettuce or buy the already made ones in the bag.

sandwhich.
