Which is better for my children, Kool aid or Juicy juice?!

Question:

Which is better for my children, Kool aid or Juicy juice?

My husband says Kool aid is loaded in sugar and Juicy juice has a different kind of sugar, I don't think so but I am not really sure, Which is best for kids or is either one??? Opinions please

Answers:
Koolaid is garbage, artificial color and flavor with a little vitamin C thrown in. Otherwise, it's water and a whole lot of empty calorie sugar. My kids never had the stuff and they didn't miss a thing.

Juicy-juice isn't much better. It has some fruit juice, and it may be sweetened with "fruit concentrate" but that also amounts to sugar mostly as well.

What's best for kids is real juice, in moderation, and water. Unsweetened flavored waters may be more appealing to kids, and have almost no calories and no sugar. If they must have a "Koolaid" like drink, make it with Splenda or use something like Crystal Lite. But kids really should learn to drink plenty of water and they will if encouraged.

Heck, my kids ate plain water popsicles made at home growing up and preferred them, no sticky mess, no stains on their clothes. Sometimes they would have a treat of frozen real fruit juice. Both are healthy, normal adults with great teeth, too.

Juicy juice, without a doubt.

juicey juice, kool aid is full of artifical sugars and has no nutritional value

Any drinks that are low in sugar.

Juicy Juice has more natural ingredients!!!!

Anything that ends in "tose" on the ingredients label is sugar, so you need to check the packet. Generally the best thing you can do is buy naturally squeezed fruit juice or do your own juicing. Then you know exactly what you are giving to your child.

get them welchs instead or 100 percent fruit juice.

Well Juicy Juice, it's all natural, but it tastes like butt....They both have all the vitamin C for the day,,,depends on your decision for sugar.....

Juicy juice

Neither

Juicy Juice is 100% natural ----according to its claims.
Kool Aid is pure sugar---not good.

Juicy juice is way better for your kids, why don't you try Capri-Sonne or Sunny D.
Kool aid is sure loaded with a load of sugar and the vitami?ns are low

juiicy juice

Juicy Juice is better, it doesn't contain dyes to color it, and is made from a combination of juices and filtered water.

if WIC approves it i am sure its good for you...juicy juice!!!
