Answers:
One quart water

Go buy Gatorade

Suger is what you need.

I used Yahoo and found this website for ya:

4 cups water
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 packet Sugar-Free Kool-Aid (optional)

Mix all until dissolved.

Store in the refrigerator. Throw away any remaining after 1 week. You can also freeze some in ice cubes to use later, or keep drinks cold.

* 125 mL (1/2 c) orange juice (or other sugar-containing beverage Koolaid works as well)
*125 mL (1/2 c) water
* 0.25 mL (pinch) salt

It works!

Or
* 4 tablespoons sugar
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 cup boiling water
* 1/4 cup orange juice (not concentrate) or 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* 3-3/4 cups cold water
o 1. In the bottom of a pitcher, dissolve the sugar and salt in the hot water.
