Vault Zero has 30% more caffeine that Diet Mountain Dew. I believe it is 90 mg for a 12 0z serving.
Tastes better, too.

I would say probably one of the sugar free energy drinks like Sobe Adrenaline. I consider these to be soda as they are still just carbonated sweetened water, they just have a few goodies added :)
Of the conventional sodas though, Mountain Dew is definitely in the top few if it isn't the top.
