a friend of mine would like a case of dr.pepper, however he lives in australia...am i able to do so?

You can do it, but it will cost you a fair amount of money and your friend will also need to get an import permit. Don't send it to him without him getting the import permit first, or they'll just dispose of it at the customs centre there in Australia. Have him call his local post office and figure out how he needs to legitimise it so that he can accept it when it comes by you, just in case he needs to send any forms your way. Also check out the difference in prices between your post office and FedEx or UPS (there's usually a significant difference between them).
