Hi

I bought one of those small cappuccino mixers a couple of months ago, I used it several times, but there’s a problem that I face when using it. Each time the milk becomes frothy and foamy, it gets all runny and goes fluid after a short while! The mixer I use is Sunbeam, do you think it could be a stupid brand?? Also I use cold milk could that be the reason even though I doubt it???

There is some trick about the milk. read this article (go to the milk part). Is too long to cut and paste.
