In all honesty, drink a lot of cranberry juice or white grape juice, water, and skip a meal or two a day.

For the one meal you do eat, try eating fish.

Fish is very healthy and almost completely nonfattening. That's how this drag queen stays thin.

Also pop a few vitamins. They give you the nutrition your otherwise skipping, without filling in the fat as well.

Also sleep one or two hours less every night, and drink coffee occasionally.

And lastly, walk for a block or tow morning and night. You'll drop weight damn fast, baby.

Well it depends on how much food you consume.

First, cut out all junk food in your diet that goes for: chips, soda, candy, sugary drinks and any other stuff that makes you fat!

Second, increase you intake of fruits, vegetables, nuts and water. If your going to eat vegetables just eat them fresh there is no need of adding oil, spices or flavors. Drink atleast a bottle of water every day and if you are really athletic than drink two.

Third, increase your exercise: walk and run every day. Play a sport everyday if you do. Work out and be sure not to over do it

Fourth dont eat too much of everything and too much of the same thing. Excess of everything in a HUGE amount is bad even water! So if I were you I would eat cereal, a grapefruit and milk for breakfast. For lunch eat a slice of pizza with water. For dinner eat steak with peas, carrots or corn or try to have a soup.

Eat a bit of want you want so you won't have to eat other things to make up for it!

Drink milk before you go to sleep as well as low calorie energy drinks and shakes!

Eat properly and exercise. This is essential to sustained weight loss and good health.

The quickest and easiest way is to replace your breakfast and lunch with a replacement shake (available from all pharmacies) and eat 2 pieces of fruit a day, as many vegetables as you like and for your evening meal, a piece of fish, chicken or meat no bigger than the palm of your hand with salad or vegetables. To tone and lose the weight walk or swim for 30 minutes each day, make sure you have one day where you just lie in, you will really enjoy it, however if you are only doing it for 1 week, try exercising each morning or afternoon and don't forget to get a natural laxative for at least 4 evenings, sometimes the diet change can change your metabolism.
If you need a sweet hit just buy some no sugar lollies. (but it is only one week I am sure you will cope)

Eat a plate of fish that's been sitting out for a few days. Food poisoning will mos def make you loose the weight. If that doesn't work try drinking 3 glasses of prune juice a day. My friend did that and she basically shat out everything she ate. She lost 20lbs, seriously.
