Gatorade replaces electrolytes.

Gatorade.

Aquafina

Water-we have really good tap water.

I drink both.

WATER! waterwaterwater

if you do intense workouts Gatorade but for a summers stroll i would drink water with some lemon slices

Gatorade! kthxbai =]

Water

i once drank too much and went to the hospital and the doctor suggested gatorade over water because it replaces the electrolites (sp?) and hydrates you quicker. i've found though that when i'm really thirsty, water seems to be better because sometimes the sweetness of gatorade doesn't make me feel so good.

GAtorade

water for class gatorade during sports but gatorade is not better than water it can give you cramps and you cant drink it when your not active sooooooo I think water is better because it doen't have sugar and it cleans your whole body while gatorade may make you fell a bit crummy.

Definitely Gatorade

Water. Gatorade doesn't really do anything except get you fat

GATORADE!!!!!!!!!!!!

water is a lot better for you because gatorade has calories and all that stuff and water is zero all around

Water!!! Gatorade makes me feel thirsty sometimes. All in all I prefer water because it's healthier. A health teacher told me that gatorade dehydrates you. I don't remember why, but like I said, I prefer water.

Gatorade

it depends what am i doing??????

During an activity you should have water, after an activity gatorade because gatorade restores you electrolites and during an activity water keeps you hydrated better.

Gatorade

water

i like gatorade better

gatorade

TEQUILA

water...b/c it has minerals that gatroade doesn't have

gatorade tastes good but water is healthy!!!!

Gatorade should pump you up it has alot of fructose (SUGAR) in it

water

neither, cause water doesn't replinsh nutrients, and gatorade has loads of salt (making you even more thirsty). best bet is to get a fitness water like propel.
