Yes Coca-Cola Zero (Coke Zero) contains caffeine, it is on the ingredients label. The only cola products from the Coca-Cola Company that do not contain caffeine are clearly marked - currently there are caffeine-free Coca-Cola and caffeine-free Diet Coke.
