"Remineralized"
"Reverse Osmosis- Non-Carbonated"
"Total Dissolved Solids <35 ppm"
and
"Floride Ions: 0 ppm"

Answers:
When water is processed, it is passed through a devise that removes nearly everything from it. Reverse osmosis pushes water through a semi-permeable membrane, leaving almost everything but the water behind. Sometimes water is distilled to make it pure instead. Both remove the natural minerals and other stuff found in water in nature. They do this because some dissolved stuff tastes and smells bad.

Really pure water has no taste. It is really bland and icky. To improve the taste, the company will add back minerals like the ones that get dissolved by water as it passes through the earth on the way to a really good-tasting natural spring. Stuff like phosphates, and carbonates and some trace metals. These give the water that clean, crisp taste. The process is called re-mineralization because they are adding back some of what was taken out. Non-carbonated means the water doesn't have any fizz like club soda.... some people see carbonates and expect the stuff to be fizzy.

Total Dissolved Solids is a measurement of the amount of minerals and stuff that would be left behind if you evaporate the water. The TDS has a maximum limit for safety set by the EPA and it is 500 parts per million. High levels are also associated with off-tastes like soapy or salty.

Fluoride is believed to prevent tooth decay. When you drink tap water in most towns, it has some added to the water. Too much is toxic, so there are levels set for that too. One reason that a zero level is on the bottle is to let you know that you aren’t protecting your teeth, so if you never use regular water or a toothpaste with fluoride, you might get more cavities.

Means I wouldn't drink it.. I'm not real friends with floride..

Reverse osmosis is a type of purifying process. After the water is purified it can be remineralized meaning they add thing they think you should have. PPM is parts per million this would be the measurement of remineralized or items not filtered out in the first place.
