Has anyone ever done the Stanley Burroughs Master Cleanse?!

Has anyone ever done the Stanley Burroughs Master Cleanse?

I want to try the Stanley Burroughs Master Cleanse, or the lemonade cleanse, but the recipe specifically says to only drink distilled water. Is there anything I can substitute, or should I only used distilled??

I love the master cleanse. It gives me such a great jump start to my diet and exercise routine. Start over fresh thats how I see it.

I used bottled spring water. I don't think that distilled water is necessary and I get great results. Within 2 days my body is more refresh and my stomach is flat. I love it.
