On juice drinks, what does it mean when it says "made from concentrate"?

It means it's not 100% juice.
Concentrate means that they remove water from the juice for easier shipping and handling. However it takes some of the taste.
It means they took juice, removed the water to form the "concentrate" as in concentrated juice. Then they use this concentrate, add water again (maybe some other ingredients) and this is the juice you are drinking. Usually they concentrate the juice for shipping simplicity.
#1 is wrong. You can have 100% juice which is made from concentrate.
It means that it isn't 100% juice and it isn't as healthy as juice that isn't made from concentrate.
