What type of coffee drink similar to latte can you drink on low carb diet?

i think the milk in the latte has too much carbs


Answers:
Just get a cafe breve, a latte made with half and half. It only has around 4-5 grams of carbs in a medium drink. Oh, and hold the sugar, of course.
