Almost all of the iced coffee drinks can be made low calorie by simply asking for tall, not vente size, and non-fat, no whip cream and even less calories if you have a sugar free flavoring.

The Iced nonfat, vanilla latte has only 160 calories. If you don't like vanilla, get the iced nonfat latte and it only has 100 calories. You can reduce a lot of the calories in thier drinks by getting them with nonfat milk and cutting out the syrup or asking for the sugar free syrup.

About anything made with skim milk, like lattes and cappucinos. Even a mocha would make it with your 200 calorie cutoff.

I was a Starbucks employee, and 10 year patron. Your getting robbed by getting sucked into the "culture" of starbucks. Look at the people who answered your question. Some of them even have to ad in they're post "I love starbucks!!" Really look at yourself and ask why you feel like you HAVE to do business there. Think for yourself, and try other options than whats just laid in front of you. You'll find that starbucks is a huge hoax.

pick one u like, just do some exercise and kill of the calories, no big deal run a mile, swim for 30min, play basketball, football, soccer ect. you shouldn't stop what you eat just do the excerise
