How do you prepair barley "tea" not in tea bags?!

How do you prepair barley "tea" not in tea bags?

I have seen bags of this and was wondering how you make it.

boil water in a pan and add the tea when you see it's about done just get a strainer and poor the tea into cup and enjoy. I do that with chamomile tea

i would assume your could let it steep in a tea ball or you could cheat and put some in a coffee filter and either run it through your coffee maker or tie up the filter and steep it that way.
