Are the little white floaty bits in my coffee harmful?!

Question:

Are the little white floaty bits in my coffee harmful?

I add cream & sugar. The cream's not expired.

Answers:
The white floaty bits is more likely to be the cream. The heat of the coffee can turn the cream to little butter globs, especially if you leave your coffee sitting around untouched for a bit. They are perfectly safe.

no but its just from the coffe being shredded or i would change to different filters

its the cream curdling from the heat of your coffee, it won't harm you.

It's not harmful. It's cream that hasn't dissolved fully into your coffee. If you don't like it, switch to half and half or soy. It's good that way, too. Trilli
