I like that drink, but its not so good for you.Is anythink less risky test the same.Like that sour taste.

Are you talking on its own or with alcahol?Vodka and lucozade is lush and has the same taste however like the redbull it aint that good for you my fav drink is vodka with a slight dash of lime and sparkling water mmmmmmmm yummy especially on a hot summers day with loads of ice.

None of the so called "energy drinks" are very good for you. The primary stimulants in Red Bull are very, very large amounts of caffeine and sugar. When mixed with Vodka (a depressent), you're essentially creating a poor-man's "speed ball" which is where the major health risks come in.
If you're simply looking to recreate the taste of Red Bull and Vodka, I'd suggest trying a "Greyhound" (Vodka & Grapefruit Juice). You can add a couple dashes of bitters to get that bite.
If you're looking to recreate the "effect" of Red Bull and Vodka, I suppose you could try one of the energy drinks that based of off herbal stimulants rather than caffeine/sugar but the main caveat here is that you're still mixing a stimulant with a depressent and that comes with risks.
