PEPSI Contract?!

Question:

PEPSI Contract?

We have 6 restaurants, and Pepsi wants to sign a exclusive contract to buy their products, What can I ask for?

Answers:
Once you get the proposal (or even before) contact your local Coca Cola distribution plant and ask if they are interested. Coke may even offer more, you never know. Take the best offer!
As for what you could ask for, I am not familar enough with the restaurant business to have a valid opinion.

A better price than you would have been charged if you are not exclusive.

Ask for some freebies and/or special pricing on what you buy! Maybe even some free advertising!! Promotional items for customers?!!

You need an attorney, this will be a complicated legal matter and Pepsi certainly has the bargaining advantage if you don't know your rights and the true worth of the contract.

The cost you incur in retaining a lawyer will surely be offset by the better contract you receive and the avoidance of problems and legal entanglements down the road.

Again, this is a serious commercial transaction and must be treated as one.

Ask for lots of financial help which will relieve you from ahving to worry about that... and of course free pepsi. As extra credit, try to meet the hot chicks that are in the pepsi commercials! haha

Pepsi sucks, get the real deal and talk to coca cola
