Try Walmart. Go to the candy aisle. Look for a flat box w/seashell shaped candies. The name is "Guylian" and they are from Belgium. You used to could only get them at specialty food stores and on cruise ships and stuff. Here in Mississippi they are only about $7 a box. They are my absolute favorite!
In Lawrence, Kansas (town of Kansas University) there is a store that sells expensive but absolutely delicious imported authentic european chocolates and a whole bunch of other EUropean foods.
and what Kiddo^ said is most likely a 'product of belgium' meaning it's made for export, ussually less quality.
