Why drinking more water is good for you?!

Question:

Why drinking more water is good for you?

Answers:
Believe it or not, our bodies are a large percentage of water! We need to have a lot of water for several reasons.

Water keeps our kidneys working and keeps us from getting tired, lethargic, headaches, also helps our complexions from becoming dry and scaly. It quenches our thirst better than anything else and helps in our bowel department--by helping things to go on through us instead of us getting 'plugged' up.

I think those are enough reasons to motivate me to drink the 6-8 glasses of water-which I really do- each and every day!

because it hydrates your body!!!

It increase your metobolic rate, which allows you to burn calories faster, it also helps your body process waste faster, water alone is essential for life.

because your body is made up of 80% water or something crazy like that

helps clean out inpurities we all have

It's not just a necessaty in life to live, but if you drink lots of water you have better complextion, better skin. And this is totally unscientific but maybe it helps your blood move through your body?

Because it flushes the toxins out of your system.

as already said it hydrates your body, cleans out your system and replenishes nutrients you have lost throughout the day. Cola's etc.. cannot do that and in fact take more away, add more junk to your system (sugar etc..) and always leave you still thirsty.

Yes. It's a very good idea. It cleans your system, and flushes out the toxins from your cells. It helps your metabolism as well.

It flushes your system from all the toxins and keeps you properly hydrated.

because it keeps your body hydrated
